  1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
    Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions. An invoice will be issued upon registration.
     

  2. PRIVACY
    The personal information supplied will be held by CCSA and may be used to supply information relevant to this conference. Information will also be shared with event sponsors and exhibitors in order for them to contact the delegates about products and services which may be of interest to the delegates.
     

  3. SUBSTITUTIONS
    Substitutions may be made at any time. Please notify CCSA by email of the substitution details. Email administrator@ccsa.orgza.
     

  4. LIABILITY
    Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own. CCSA does not accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor at the conference or in any material provided to delegates. In addition, CCSA shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the services or information provided in connection with the event
     

  5. PHOTOS & FILMING
    For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be taken during the conference.
     

  6. WEBSITE & LINKS
    The conference and associated CCSA websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which CCSA takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to this website.
     

  7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

  • The price of the conference is refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the conference opening date less a R100 administration fee.

  • If the conference is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be made.

  • In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organisers, the full conference fee paid will be refunded. Participants will be asked if they are willing to donate a R100 admin fee.
