Western Cape Regional Gathering & AGM (1)

We are looking forward to gathering as a CCSA family, to encourage one another and share fellowship together. Our Western Cape Regional Gathering will be held at Phillipskop Mountain Reserve, from 12th-14th June 2023. The cost is R1100 per person, which includes 2 nights of accommodation (bedding & towels provided), 2 evening meals, 1 lunch and 2 breakfasts, a hike in the reserve, group sessions and the annual general meeting. Should you want to visit for the day, a Day Visitor fee of R450 will be charged.

Once the booking is reserved, an invoice will be sent to you for the amount advertised. A 50% deposit (R550) is required within 14 days of receipt of the invoice, and full payment is due by Friday 26th May. In the event of cancellation prior to 26th May, a 10% admin fee will be charged. For bookings canceled after this date, you will remain responsible for the full payment.
