​The Annual CCSA Conference is our flagship gathering where Christian campsite leaders, venue hosts, and ministry partners unite for encouragement, learning, and shared vision. Hosted this year at the beautiful Wortelgat Outreach Trust on the Cape coast, the 2025 conference offered rich fellowship, practical workshops, and Spirit‑led moments that continue to shape our movement all year round. A highlight was the inspiring presentation by Bill Fernald, CEO of CCI Worldwide, who shared global insights into camping ministry and its growing impact across cultures. Together, we prayed, learned, and celebrated God’s work in camping ministry—strengthening one another to serve with excellence and Kingdom impact.

The theme Scriptures for 2025 are:

Ephesians 4:1: "Therefore I, a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God;"

 

Philippians 1:27: "Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit, striving together as one for the faith of the gospel."

 

2 Thessalonians 1:11: "Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power."
